James Plante has 45+ years’ experience as an Estimator working with various construction firms in Rhode Island. Formerly with O. Ahlborg & Sons for close to 20 years, Jim estimated construction costs for hard bid and negotiated projects. As a senior estimator he interfaced with owners and designers on various projects in order to keep projects within budget and developed value engineering options of building systems and products necessary to meet budgets and owner’s needs.
