Lee Matthews is an expert in project management with over 20 years’ experience as a Project Manager at several firms prior to starting with the Ahlborg’s in 2004. As a Project Manager, he consistently handles all aspects of the construction contracts including negotiating contract language, creating the schedule of values, preparing monthly requisitions, preparing change orders, negotiating and preparing subcontracts for all divisions of construction. Lee is extremely hands-on and detail oriented, attending all meetings with architects, engineers and owners to discuss and resolve all issues that arise during the construction of a project.
