Ahlborg's Project at the Tiverton High School and Tiverton Middle School is more than half done with the installation of new roofs and new heating and ventilation systems. Construction has begun and Demolition of the top Floors of the Rhode Island Attorney General Office located at 150 south main Street in Providence. This $13M Project includes extensive renovations to all four floors which is phased to permit occupancy throughout construction

A ribbon cutting ceremony took place on May 26 to celebrate the completion of Lincoln Woods Beach Pavilion Project at Lincoln Woods State Park.  In attendance were First Gentleman Andy Moffit, Senators Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse, as well as Representatives David Cicilline, and James Langevin

UPDATE - Ahlborg Construction corp. has Nearly completed the warwick veterans Memorial middle school project months ahead of schedule.

The City of Warwick has awarded ACC the 8.6 million dollar renovation project at Warwick Veterans Memorial Middle School commencing late june 2017

Over the last three years ACC successfully completed over $20 million of renovations at the University of Rhode Island. The dorms which received upgrades are Dorr, Ellery, Aldrich, Burnside, Barlow, Weldin, Fayerweather and Gorham
